O.K SO! this might upset some people BUT this is one of the characters whomst it was hard to recreate without making them look generic or not unique, so i've been forced to take some creative liberties with his looks whilst sticking as close to his character, role in the story and personality as possible.
Decided to make him looks like a weasel, like he's not trustworthy and pretty much like someone who'd be willing to fuck over NCR, at least he does not look generic and fairly unique instead.
