    Cant wait for the new SotS update, glad to see original and unique weapons like this one, this is what greatly enriches the gameplay and i've been creative abstinent, my gamer self gladly accepts this creation, may the modding community never die!

    Well, bacterial infection in the wound might not be a problem. Unless they have mutated in the Fallout Universe. :-p

      I wouldn't worry about bacterial infections with this weapon, clearly the radiation kills 99% of bacteria (plus whoever you swing it at)
