I do it for myself, but.....
I think, many people want to walk in wasteland using Creation Engine, and maybe, i can give them chance to do it in future =).

Please do teach us how to, releasing files here or other sites would be a big no-no, so teaching us is better, might even learn a thing or two from you, good work man.

I would love to have this, even if it was just the world with no npcs or quests... I would love to photograph my lone wanderer in the capital wasteland, with the creation engine!

Very easy process. But graphics wouldn't work from the older games because of spec map, also normal map is diff. I like a lot of items from the older games and made some from scratch because even if you convert you cannot upload the mod. But personal use? Own both games, why not. Its a lot of work to go through but hey if you have the time. 3ds max (for collision)or as I use blender, then all you would need is outfitstudio

Interesting. Definitely curious about this and your methods. Hope to see more, but be careful out there ;)

Are you hand converting the NIFs or did you use some sort of batch tool? I'm assuming out of the box they'd have issues with Fallout 4's different NIF header. Either way this is quite impressive, shows what proper rendering can do for even old assets.

I use 3ds Max 2013 with bethesda plugin to convert meshes. I use some trick to convert Fallout(3).esm to normal esp(FO4) format.
I can use my method to convert Fallout New Vegas map in Fallout 4. Its not easy, but its possible.
