      I agree it's a great shot, I may be wrong but that look's like the creation club version of the hellfire armor, certainly got a cool texture on it though.
      Here is the free Hellfire armor on the nexus, actually it may be this one (and check out the author's profile for some other great power armors).

      The mod author added a small quest in the glowing sea to find the armour. I haven't seen lighting so intense.
      The atmosphere is tremendous. It's that good, I think it out ways the power armour.
      It's only a small cell, but worth downloading, just for the lighting effect (and a few other effects, but I won't spoil it for you)
      
      The paint job was purchased from the atom cats. 'Red Flames'
