You really don't know? That was the B-90 armor mod that this great mod author created. It was pulled though, when that mod author left the modding community after the console shits came screaming into the modding community demanding things and stealing things from various mod authors.
I think some of the mod authors have come back now that etiquette has been taught to some of console plebeians, maybe that guy will return too.
