Well, either Happy Birthday or Happy Un-Birthday! (September, November, sounds similar but a bit different.)
Though if 1992 is accurate, you're quite young so if this is your birthday then rejoice. Sometime in the 2030s or 40s you can grouse about feeling old and having the kids get off your lawn.
