   EDIT: I've actually found a way to get something very similar! Use the mod "Morgan's Suit separated" to wear the helmet with the Chinese Stealth Suit.
   Personally, I like wearing Morgans helmet with the Akma Budae suit from the Akma Budae Stealth Suit mod (which does still require the Creation Club Chinese Stealth Suit)
   
   Also, the armored vest is from the CROSS_Mojave Manhunter mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/32214
   However, the Akma Budae suit has an option to add a built in tactical rig vest.
