Ok, I start to piece it all together : the armors are "Montana" and "Jack MacClain", both from a russian site you named below "Fallout Fanclub"... The green gogles on the Desert soldier ( Montana ) ar form the mod "West Tek Tactical optics", somewhere here on Nexus... the guns, though... I'm not a speciallist despite calling myself a "SirGunner"( lol ) but it looks like the "RU556 . . . or somethin' close enough. Again, here too, on Nexus.
But there is one thing that I cannot link to anything : the helmets ! I haven't seen those in game yet... I think the Desert soldier's helmet could be connected to tactical fast helmet / Private Military Company. But the 4 eyed version, though : what is it ? Not gonna lie, I'd love to put my hands on it just for the sake of curiosity... but just to know the name of the mod and who made it, that would be a relief for my brain. X'D
Regardless, that is a superb shot you took here sir, love the worn out and sandy grain on the picture, feels like a cold desert !
EDIT : Nevermind, found it ! took me some time, but indeed, it was a separate mod.
