Besides the obvious the work you have put into the small details of that top (texture, stitching, stress wrinkles) really shows up in this pic. Looks really good.
Such gorgeous detail and textures. It looks like you are using one of the rainbow pulse colors for her hair- it looks great. I'm guessing you do most of your own textures for her eyes, eyebrows, skin and so forth? To me the textures are what really make one helluva difference. Well that and a beast of a rig.
Not from scratch, no, it's mostly just some small edits on top of the textures from existing mods. The only textures I've authored from scratch in this image are the top and goggles.
Honestly one of my biggest disappointments concerning fo4 is the linked texture size for the facial stuff which is very limiting. It's really fking stupid.
And my rig isn't really that good anymore Actually the gpu is broken or dying lol
