    These are coming along wonderfully! Those photos by Sachmet82 could be old footage from the first Moon landing, excellent choice.

    And I hope you are able to catch up on sleep: it can be disruptive and wear you down, but the wee hours can give rise to unique creative mindsets sometimes.

      Yes, if I do anything interesting at all in the middle of the night I get caught up in it - sometimes it works out, sometimes not!
      Not sure if you saw the last image share - check it out if not. I'm pretty sure another one of your images is in there!

    Looks awesome - very well done! Insomnia sucks and I have often gotten up just to muck around with a game when I can't sleep as well.

      Thanks! I've been trying to find a way to justify my self-indulgent need to have Jonathan in my game. These images of him are great and anonymous enough that they worked out well. I just love those blues.

      In my last image I kind of made a list of things that are working and looking good once it gets in-game and what isn't. If any of the images fall into those categories, that could be why. I have tried many images that didn't end up looking good once I got them in game from several artists, including yourself. There are many reasons why and my previous post at least explains what the issues might be if not the why of it.

    It looks like the astronaut images are eight separate ones? Hard to tell the size. Have you considered making a collage? (the collage-maker asks )Really, just considering the space needed to display all eight if they are all full size. And I would want to display them as a set.

      They are not full size. I made them smaller and slightly less rectangular. They take about 2/3rds the space of the one in the main image here. If you get to the bottom of that post, I actually added a settler for reference there. I really should remember to put in something for reference! I put them together as a set, so they are lined up nicely and when making it in the workshop it acts as one piece of art. I plan on doing other similar sets of images (not likely with a full 8 of them) with other complimentary sets of images from a single artist. I like the idea of a collage but I don't have much experience with them, it all depends on the combination of images available. So many great images just don't work because of varying reasons, which I kind of touched on in my last post.

      I'd love your feedback on the beach/lifeguard image...I looked up some beaches near Boston to get an actual beach name that also fit in Fallout. I did some changes that in general I hadn't planned on when I first started this project but we kind of talked about that one. I originally did it as a poster, but changed it to the beach fencing because in my imagination it would likely have been a permanent sign at the beach entrance.

      Thanks for the reminder about size reference...this is why you don't do stuff in the middle of the night!
