That wasn't the case when this happend to me, mine was getting total'd. After I saw this in FO4, all of my games was getting wonky and weird in some way grachicly. After i got to borrow my friend's card til I could buy my own, every turned normal.

Yea but in my case its just the mipmap bug I had similar thing in Skyrim on my old potato laptop long time ago (that laptop still works fine btw)
Its because i don't really meet all the requirements for Fallout 4 i get mostly stable fps but sometimes rarely i get weirdness like on the picture if i play for too long in one session. :3 oh well
No problems with other games tho (no artifacts like this)

GPU works fine or else this wouldnt be the only game that had this. Tho i admit it did scare me when i first had this long time ago
