      I think 2 things:
      I edited TransDOGrifier's slot to use only Body slot so Dogemeat could still wear bandana and the K-9 armor
      I readjusted the K-9's shape in Outfit Studio because it was built around the original Dogmeat body, it looked f'ed up without the readjustments.
