However, from practical and utilitarian point of view, this redesign is a bit awkward - the individual arms are too far away from each other, which makes operating on a single wound rather hard. The original design had them bunched close together, but this one does not.
If it's possible, I'd move the left arm behind the monitor (where it was in vanilla model), which should be enough to alleviate this issue. Better yet, don't move it, but add the new one, and change the left one back to the lamp. I think that would make the most sense - three surgeon arms bunched together and fourth one with light at a distance, so it can shine a light from a different angle.
Texture-wise, would it be possible to add letters and numbers on keyboard? Even if they would be low-res, having at least something there would be better than blank keys, I think.
And... um... one more tiny little thing: Usually, individual error messages have error codes, so the technicians can quickly look them up - as such, the error message would probably be more specific, like, "Error 0369 - hardware failure - servo 047A not responding". On the other hand, though, not bothering with that and simply putting generic error message for everything is distinctly Fallout-like
So, again, great work, please consider my suggestions, but feel free to ignore them
