Must be something with my eyes, the outdoor ISA images are painfully bright to me. Still beautiful images and nice to see someone working to add the option for those that desire it.

Well, it certainly changes the clarity, sharpness, vibrancy, and maybe contrast -- much better. I didn't understand what you meant by "I used a console command to equip the clothing article which changes the Image Space Adapter." While I'm sure that Fable and her clothing could stop time or change the weather with a smile. I don't know about this ISA thing. Seriously though are you changing the ISA settings with console commands? Or somehow doing it with clothing? (I understand how to do openactorcontainer, or remove/equip, just not the magic part. )

The enb's I have tried also have that blurred second image problem (corona like) in certain lighting. Seems to be associated with DOF also. I haven't researched it.

To change the Image Space Adapter settings I did the following.

      1. In an ESP create a new ISA record
      2. In the ESP create a Magic Effect which calls the ISA record
      3. In the ESP create an Object Modification which calls the Magic Effect
      4. In the ESP create an item (Armor Addon Record with Armor record) which calls the Object Modification
      5. In the ESP create a Constructible Object record
      6. In the game take the vanilla photo first
      7. In the game use the "player.equipitem [item ID]" to equip the item which changes the Image Space Adapter record

Wow, truly impressive. But yep, like I said - magic.

This has been hanging on my tracking for comment. I am very curious if this is a project you will release? Also curious if you were using the Photo-light in the shots or maybe not. The lighting in our games seems to be totally different.

      Hi, 0nelazyBattlemaga.

Absolutely once there's a good version of it I'll share it with those who might be interested (which if it's like the Color Changers will be a very small handful *laughs* but that's totally okay since it's never the quantity but the quality with friends and the like, hehe).

As for lighting, yes, I use the Photo Light Hub which gives a visual face light at night. I also use Darker Nights and Nuclear Colors. That's also why it's so important to have the vanilla shot first before the ISA-changed shot so it's possible to detect exactly what the ISA change does.

I also, of course, use all-Ultra at 4k resolution except for Anti-Alisasing which I keep at FXAA because I like the sharper image that gives than other forms of Anti-Aliasing. I also remove all motion blur and depth of field as much as possible. And as you probably saw from the god rays in one of the photos, I have god rays set to highest setting, too.

I didn't get to play Fallout 4 yesterday and might not be able to tomorrow, but I think I'm close to getting it where I want. So it shouldn't be a ridiculously long time before I can release it :) Thanks a ton.

post script: I forgot to mention for the sake of those who might be new to screen shots (not you, of course) that I have the artificial character light turned off with "cl off".

Just curious. I do use your color changers often, looking for that unique shot so your ISA will get tried also.

Since you're familiar with Color Changers, did you ever notice that when you remove the color changers there's a few seconds of slightly intensified color? That's an effect I like a lot, but it's a bit of a pain to add/remove the items to get that change. So what I'm shooting for with this is to simulate that but always instead of just for a second or two :)

One way to make it easy would be to make a item, with no effect, that occupies the same slot and hotkey it. I hope I understand what you mean. I have found that the photo light mod I use is attached to the same slot as Daves pose ring and turns off my face light when I use the poser. Is that a good example for a fix.
I had not noticed the lingering but it may be due to my use of ENB. I find that your color changers overpower or nullify the ENB, not sure which.

      *Nods* We think alike.

I carry a "toothpick" [with the mesh removed so it's invisible] item with no color changer effect to easily toggle the settings. When I equip the toothpick is when I noticed the change which fades.

It turns out, however, that emulating that as its own color changer was more involved than I first anticipated because settings such as eye adapt speed and luminescence or animation and the like behave differently when activating an effect than when fading it. This said, I really do have it nearly completely solved. I just need to wait until I can get my next series of play sessions :)

This is really impressive man, great compilation. Until I saw you pictures I had no idea anything like this could be done in the game itself!

      Thanks a lot, Carnagefiend.

If you think about the various visual effects the game engine has inherently (VATS, lock picking, menus, conversation camera, etc.) it just makes sense it's possible to leap frog into that mechanism to add new variations

I can only say that such mods ("Karna's Color Changers", etc.) makes it very easy to adjust the image in the game. And partially eliminating the need for selection of the ENB and / or ReShade presets.
