This is a simple mod for the role -player who thinks the fusion cores should be rechargeable. Simply take the nearly empty fusion cores from your power armor before they are depleted and take them to a chemistry station. Choose "Utility" and you will find the fusion core may be recharged with a fusion cell.

Now you never need to run out of fusion cores. But you will need to pull them from your power armor before they are used up and disappear.
