Keep in mind that Freeze is not currently being designed for Fallout 4 without the Frost mod installed.
That said, it can be used separately right now and I am interested in making a version of Freeze balanced for the base game in the future.
If anyone wants to try it, I would appreciate feedback on how it affects the vanilla game. But do be careful with your safe files since the mod is not tested to be stable on vanilla.
