Weapons can either beoverridden with skills to remove the security lock or with the
correct rank in the Institute, they are broken down into four levels.

quarters.Level 3 - Director,Unlocks after the directors meeting after the battle of Bunker Hill.Level 4 - Director,Unlocks after the directors meeting after the battle of Bunker Hill.
Level 1 Weapons:Laser, MkII. Laser,Relay Grenade, Frag Grenade/Mine, BatonLevel 2 Weapons:Stealth Pistol, HeavyLaser. SRB Rifle, EM Gun, SRB Laser, Cryo Grenade/Mine, Assassins
Sword,Level 3 Weapons:Plasma Gun, HeavyPlasma, Pulse Grenade/Mine, Plasma Grenade/Mine,Level 4 Weapons: Adaptive Launcher,Plasma Cannon, EM Minigun, Bulwark Relay Grenade,
Melee weapons do nothave a locking mechanism due to the new way locking is implemented as
it is done by assigning a non playable ammo with higher priority then
the ammo switch modification
Unique weaponLocations:-
Unique weapons for themost part are placed in the Institute or near a related character
unless your running the light version, in this case they will all be
in the SRB workshop.

I'm using Elianora's Faction Housing Overhaul and I can't seem to find the Phaser pistol, even when toggling noclipping and moving through every desk and object in the director's quarters. Is this a conflict with the two mods or have I just missed it somehow?
