Since one was found in Bobbi's Place and the Castle Tunnels, maybe there's more that are locked in quest areas? I'm thinking there might be one in places like the Parsons Insane Asylum or floating around the Institute. I'm finding this stuff on a fresh game, so it would take me time to look. And feel free to add my items to the list, SweetKate! It makes everything much more organized.
I have already added yours. I had some screenshots, they are not of very good quality, but they will probably do. After all, we are having a search expedition, not a photo exhibition.
