If you do not disable/remove the original shack and beds it will clip, obviously.

Also, as I found with my Starlight Starter Kit and Sunshine Tidings Blueprints (available on nexus.. cough) sometimes SOE's Floating Light Orbs and Fire FX Rings sometimes remain outside Build Mode. EVEN after waiting the recommended 72 in-game hours. If this happens, I found MOVING and then RELEASING THEM in Build Mode should make them vanish outa build mode. I think this is either caused by Place Anywhere or to many FX (scripting issue?)

Sometimes USO and SOE items fight too!
