Update: Version 2.4

I have done everything I possibly can to make this mod 'conflict free' as far as other workshop mods go. I have also made MANY changes and tweaks, along with a lot of optimization. Hope you enjoy it!


CHANGES NOW IN VARIABLE/GAMESETTING OVERRIDE FORM 

Economy:
* Loot is still reduced across the board, expect to find generally less.
* Barter rates are now 'static' across the board. Expect a 20-50% 'increase' in prices, regardless of the happiness of your settlement, or the location of the vendor. Charisma now has a 'weaker' effect on prices, but perks are in the pipeline to take your 'effective buy/sell bonuses' to the equivalent of approx 30+ charisma. This also will allow (eventually) trader-type gameplay (buy low in X, sell high in Y).
* Economy now moves 'faster', with greater variation in the amount of caps available, fewer items available at times, etc. Daily reset as well. This affects all shops across the board (for now).

Perks:
* Cap Collector no longer needed to build shops.
* lvl 1 shops should no longer require Local Leader (i mean, c'mon... if kids can sell lemonade, you can tell a settler to sell some crap for a few caps)
* Sneak has been slightly downgraded indirectly, as enemies are 'smarter' and 'look harder' for you.

Settlements:
* All new workshop items (150+ job stations and plants) have leveled item lists. Seedlings are best gotten from WILD PLANTS, and the best 'harvests' are gotten from Growhouses.
* Multiple settings/variables have all been increased, including the amount of items/settler allowed in the workbench. (e.g. "MaxStoredFood")
* Settlements are now slightly more likely to be attacked. 
* Vendor income is slightly increased.
* Happiness changes are now much more noticable, and 'update' sooner.
* New settlers have a slightly higher chance of showing up when your settlement beacon is going.

Companions:

* Companions are now 'smarter', and have unique combat styles.
* Companions no longer have such a big impact on your sneaking.
* Companions are much less likely to complain/etc about you picking up stuff, knocking things over, etc.

SPECIAL
* You now get slightly less extra health per level.
* Perception now has a MUCH greater impact on your compass and how far away you can 'see' things. (base 256+512/point)

Enemies:
* Enemies have less health per level
* Enemies are much 'smarter' in combat, with each combat style having been touched at least slightly.
* Damage and enemy leveling has been slightly increased from vanilla.
* Enemies are less likely to fall for 'stealth'. 
* Legendaries are slightly increased (will be changed again soon)
* Enemy 'grenade spam delay' increased (along with other thrown weapons, should affect deathclaws/etc now)
