Before Installation

Scrap Everything in the Settlement, either with a scrapping mod or manually.
You don't have to console command delete the 2 lockers as they will be under the settlement after importing the blueprint.

After Installation

If the power doesn't work just place a new generator anywhere you wish. The original generator is located behind the apartment building on the inside of the wall.

Use Workshop Workbench Marker or any mod you may have that moves the Workshop Workbench to move the Workbench to wherever it looks best.
This can be done by console command as well if you know how. Otherwise it is under the settlement and inaccessible.

There is a tree clipping through the main door. Console command delete it unless you have a mod that allows you to scrap things outside of boundaries.
