On my Discord server this has been asked a few times. So, for you lovely Nexus users, here's an article to explain what we do.
a) Open the plugin in xedit.
b) CTRL-A then delete in Messages window (QoL)
c) Right click VIS-G_PATCH_CrossNieroArmorPack-SFW.esp and select Apply Script
d) In the Apply Script popup menu, type in Report Master in the Filter Window. Select Report Masters
e) Select the three plugins in the popup menu: The Kite_MilitiaWoman, CROSS_2077, CROSS_BrotherhoodRecon esp's
f) Observe readout in Messages tab. At the bottom of the readout it highlights 111 ecords. These are the ones we shall remove.
g) MISC & ARMO are the record groups. The opening characters in all formIDs indicate the mod hex reference, which can be viewed against the plugin name on the left window.
As an example, from bottom to top in the messages tab, [ARMO:07xxxxxx] is TheKite_MilitiaWoman.esp, [ARMO:FE005849] is CROSS_2077.esp. Note the FE indicates this is a light-plugin.
h) Highlight all the refs in each group with these prefixes, right click and select Remove. Also observe when changes are made to the record group it is bolded.
e.g. Armor group:
And Misc group:
i) Right click VIS-G_PATCH_CrossNieroArmorPack-SFW.esp and select Clean Masters then select Sort Masters
j) CTRL-S to save, and observe the masters are removed from the File Header menu.

I did the part with apply script and did the report master but where or when does the (three plugins in the popup menu) I'm trying to remove it from Weaponsmith Extended 2. And yes AWKCR can crash your game bc of how out of date it is. Been modding for a few weeks an anytime I had that mod on with all requirements and no conflicts with that mod it crashed my game every time. It shows 24552 records. Your images don't show enough with the words you are typing how do I find these things I've re-read it so many times and went through the program a good few times and your words don't match what I'm trying to do. I see so many numbers/letters such as 00090A0F or 11087BB0 and so many more plus it doesn't show any of these things in the image and I see stuff like [KYWD:0005F42D] plus other's similar just with different numbers/letters. Your a pro modder and even a author but, people like myself while still learning these cleanings and removing stuff with FO4edit and even zMerge, with your intense words with very little images to back your words doesn't help. You show aftermath and nothing before with arrows or red highlights to where we should be looking at in the images. It's more talking and less images to show your work. For the sake of beginners please explain it better with even out words and images to go with your words. Sorry for the no grammar or what not it's not something I can improve since childhood. Will be installing this grammarly program today to help with that a bit. I have these two other mods to replace AWKCR but Weaponsmith Extended 2 needs that mod and some mods need weaponsmith extended 2 for them to work. Or will it be easier to just go to those mods and remove weaponsmith extended 2 on those? I will go with whatever is easier to do. Also I don't understand the colors what does red mean? or green? or yellow? Which one's should I touch and one's I shouldn't? Also will point out one more time in case it's missed I can handle most to all mods and always grab all requirements, I read and look up some mods if the author doesn't explain or not enough and watch pros how it's done. And I've used AWKCR before and didn't have a problem until on it's own crashed an bits with it had to go.
If the correct masters are present and the formids are not white, you can use the empty esp to create blank masters. This simply means copying the original blank esp and renaming it exactly to match the master names. These can be placed into the overwrite folder so they overwrite the existing masters and effectively delete the original records. This method isn't fool proof and doesn't always show all records that need to be deleted or modified, but may help those who are having issues with this.
In the example posted above, you will also note that the formids all start with the same first two digits for the non esl ,esp or they start with an FE and the same next three digits for the esl mods. examples pulled from above: 0700216E or esls show as FE005852 or FE00681D
In the case above, I believe, all the records needing to be removed will be white while the others that need to stay will be yellow or green.
Note: Believe is bold and underlined because it's been a good while since I did this myself, so I don't remember the particulars of this specific case. Also, it is worth noting that this method does not always capture all the required edits, and the method Masterlix proposes is always more effective.
