   The Quincy is not showing as a populated settlement on the map, the recruitment beacon doesn't attract settlers, I can't establish supply lines (the icon disappears in the supply line map filter) or move settlers there from other settlements (it doesn't show on the list). I have played around with the load order to no avail.

      I'm having a similar issue where I can't send settlers/robots to the settlement. Can't establish supply lines and when I make a robot a companion and dismiss it at Quincy settlement or build a robot there they just f*#@ off to a random settlement or back where they came from instead of adding to the pop. I haven't built a radio beacon yet so not sure if that works for me.
