Literally Everything is different! I think. The world is a lot bigger, and actually has a little bit of life to it! Version 4 will have dialogue and quests, but this one has some story scattered in places. Context clues are fricken great. If you played Version 2, I owe you an apology- I didn't realize I had actually just re-uploaded the Version 1 instead, so.... Here's Version 3!
