The quest isn't that long, and most of the clues you need should be accessible by viewing the quest summary in the quest log. If you get stuck, try these hints:

Q: How do I start the quest?
A: Listen to the radio station. Well, first you install the quest (it's separate). Then, you listen to the radio station. On your Pip-Boy.

Q: Where is the Station?

A1: Look for a radio tower near Roxbury. South of Downtown Boston, North of Milton.

A2: Across the street from Fairline Hill Estates, up a hill near the relay tower. Look for a collapsed house.



Q: What am I looking for at the station?

A1. Search the ruins for a clue to how you access the part that is still working.

A2. Loot the upturned desk right in the middle of the ruins. There's a note that will give you your next clue.



Q: Where are the keys?

A1. The note gives you the (approximate) address of a former employee who probably had a key.

A2. The key is in the 3rd floor room of the Parkview Apartments, which is in the Fens, just down the street from Hardware Town. It'll be on a shelf, in the corner of the kitchen.



Q: How do I get into the radio studio?

A1. Since the stairs are collapsed, you'll need to look around for another entrance.

A2. There's a cellar door on the back side of the building, partially hidden by debris, next to the collapsed carport.



Q: Is that it?

A1: For the most part, yes. Once the lights come on, the quest is over. But if you look around the basement, there is a little more lore to be found, and there is a souvenir for those with sharp eyes.

A2. The terminal is now powered, so read it for a little insight into who the station employees were. The Xperimental Remote Control is right next to the terminal. Swingin' Richard's Lucky Shades are on the floor under the desk.
