Q: I didn't receive / I lost the Bullet Time activator item!
A: The console command cqf slowtimequest giveitems will return the two items to you.
Q: The Bullet Time activator is being consumed when I use it and Bullet Time doesn't activate.
A: Scripts aren't running in your game. If the packaged BA2 version isn't working for you, this is a sign of a deeper underlying problem with your game! Similarly, all scripted mods in BA2 archives won't work in your game, which means that you won't be able to get any scripted mods from Beth.net either (because all mods on Beth.net have to be in a BA2 archive).
The most common reasons why scripts may not be running are:
1. SlowTime - Main.ba2 is missing from your Data folder.
2. You are using a really old version of Fallout 4.
-> Support for scripts in BA2 archives was introduced in Fallout 4's 1.5 update. Versions prior to 1.5 will not read scripts from BA2 archives.
-> Update to the latest version of Fallout 4 available on Steam.
3. You have incompatible INI changes left over from older guides for enabling modding.
-> Visit Fallout 4 Mod Installation for a guide on the latest recommended settings.

None of your solutions typing in console work. It worked before loading adult mods that were updated. I had to delete all of them because I was unable to start a
new game.

Maybe a update is needed?
