So after much consideration and attempts unfortunately as things currently stand due to engine limitations my original desires for this mod seem to not be fully achievable and as we began experimenting with other workarounds there's instead a new vision for how this could work but it's going to require a lot of effort and collaboration. 

First, I do need to do a few cleanup and compatibility adjustments to this existing mod to get it to a point where I can comfortably say it is stable enough for what it is worth. Essentially it does what it is supposed to despite engine limitations that currently have no solution.  With this I'll likely add a couple of areas that were requested and then move forward with the new Commonwealth project.

I'd also like to thank all the people who have downloaded and added my mod to their games and made it a part of their fallout experience, to enjoy the game in ways that I have has felt great. 

Even though this mod was initially designed for my own personal play style I'm glad many others have found their own ways of incorporating it into the mix.  We will hopefully have an additional update soon.
