This makes me wonder.... Supermutant power armor Not as armor, but same as current power armor, in that they can enter their own version. And instead of fusion core they use mini nuke xD
thats what is truly missing from fo4, bosses. like the mutant hammer.. he is jus a regular mutant and nothing exciting. either way this is implimented as a boss replacer for named npcs or your own custom addition.. it would be very welcome to the game
