About this image

I came across this in Cambridge on my way to the police station. To be honest it put a lump in my throat.

Finding time for actually playing the game in earnest, every now and then. Guess it's about time I get to see the fabled institute. After all - I bought the game when it came out and I still haven't been there!

I've finally managed to finish Ellen's quest. She's well worth a try. And in some odd - and quite funny- way, her comments and Heather's actually supplement each other even though they - of course- do not interact directly.

Welp, I have to join you in the "haven't been to the Institute yet" crowd. One of these days . . . And the chalk drawings do have a lot of pathos attached to them. Good seeing ya, Bernt!

You've never been to the institue? Oh boy... xD At least I did the main story, which I haven't done in Skyrim yet, and I bought Skyrim before I got FO4. (And I got both only last year) Have yet to play the addons, though, but there's so much else to do and to see and to stick your nose into... xD

I think those silent moments scattered throughout the game are often the most effective at conveying the deep tragedy underlying all the dark humor of Fallout.

I agree. Always found classic horrors loveable and entertaining, but the true horror is real events like war, poverty, violence... List goes on and on.

Bethesda are good at adding little touches like that.
