I'm sure he has his reasons but after reading a lot of the petty negative comments on the mod page I probably would have pulled it for that reason alone. He spends a lot of his own time making mods and was/is probably one of the best armour modders from Skyrim and people should be grateful people like him spend their own time modding for free. He's not on Bethesda's pay role (as far as I'm aware) so I hope people cut the guy some slack. Maybe he just wasn't happy with a few things with the mod and hid it until he has a fix for it. Whether perfect or not I'm happy & hope people like him continue to upload their work to the Nexus.
Pretty sure I found out the main reason why the midwestern PA was taken down in the first place. Judging from this video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cV9gwvgxGzc someone must have stolen and uploaded the Midwestern PA mere hours after newermind posted it. Honestly people like this epiccrazy wolf make me sick.
If there is one thing I could suggest. While it does against the basic image I would suggest making that chest piece more upwards in terms of its point. To provide better forward protection from bullets. The current setup seems like it might induce ricochets into the face.
