It really sucks both of these are available right at the start, though ammo and fuel aren't the case it doesn't give you any feel of achievment and grind like in F3 or NV. The whole concord mission should happen in the middle of the game, you'd have to grind your way to Power Armor and base building.
lol yeah the start wasn't terribly good in the game, opening the door with the main theme was probably the best moment in the game but yeah it seemed a bit rushed when you got outside somehow
