Since I want to play my Fallout 4 Let's Play series "Your Settlement DOES NOT Need My Help," in the manner of the older Fallout games, I figured it would be good to revisit what that is actually like. 

This playthrough is a mixture of live streams and Let's Play videos, all on the same character. This is the second Let's Play video of the series. 

Join me for some Fallout 3 fun while I rediscover the Capital Wasteland. It's been about six years since I last really played this game!
