About this mod

The popular Bag of Holding mod for Oblivion has been reincarnated into Fallout 3 as the Vault-Tec Experimental Dimensional Safe!

Permissions and credits
By request something more "realistic" then the "Sack of Holding".

This mod adds the "Vault-Tec Experimental Dimensional Safe" to your game for you to find! The Vault-Tec Experimental Dimensional Safe is like the Bag of Holding mod I did for Oblivion, it offers you a safe easily accessable from your inventory to stash all your loot, weight does not matter!

Important Notes\Issues
-I wanted the safe to have weight reduction this time unlike the Bag of Holding and I had high hopes after seeing the command to get inventory weight! but unfortunatly the command only works on the player, inventory weight of a npc is deemed unnecessary thus it is not calculated (you can see it with GetAVInfo but that doesn't work in scripts obviously) so DO NOT ask for weight reduction of the items in the safe, it will stay at 100% weight reduction until Fallout Script Extender can do it then I'll make up a FOSE version.
-If you lost your Vault-Tec Experimental Dimensional Safe or just want it now instead of finding it simply open up your console and type in set GiveVTEDS to 1 then close the console and you'll receive a new one shortly! (this will remove any duplicate safes you might have in your inventory too).
-It is safe to use the Vault-Tec Experimental Dimensional Safe and the Sack of Holding together, just don't put them in one another or the universe will implode!

Version History
v1.2.0 (27/03/2009)
-Slimmed down the safe a bit and gave it a better looking underside.
-Removed the "hand hazard" sign from the underside of the safe and replaced it with a nice Vault-Tec logo (thanks for the idea Demon OF Kyber!).
-The safe's opening\closing sounds are now 3D positional.
-Fixed the ugly UV around the edge of the safe (Bethesda's fault, not mine!).
-Fixed being able to put the safe into it self, accidently broke part of the script that prevented it.

v1.1.2 (13/02/2009)
-Fixed safe havok acting a litte "strange".
-Removed the un-needed instructions to add Vault-Tec Experimental Dimensional Safe.bsa to your BSA list in the fallout.ini.
v1.1.1 (26/12/2008)
-Fixed inventory weight display error when opening the Vault-Tec Experimental Dimensional Safe from your inventory.
-Tweaked havok on the Vault-Tec Experimental Dimensional Safe nif.
-Fixed Vault-Tec Experimental Dimensional Safe not opening correctly if used from a quickslot.
v1.1.0 (17/12/2008)
-All of Vault-Tec Experimental Dimensional Safe's files are packed away in a tidy BSA archive now.
-Increased Vault-Tec Experimental Dimensional Safe weight from 20 to 30.
-Decreased Vault-Tec Experimental Dimensional Safe value from 999 (actually was 1000 but the game can't display over 999 which I didn't know) to 500.
-Forgot to set the ownership of the Vault-Tec Experimental Dimensional Safe to the player (shouldn't of caused any problems anyway, ain't as picky as Oblivion is!).
-Improved Vault-Tec Experimental Dimensional Safe nif, flip it over and have a look on the other side the next time you pull it out!
-Tweaked/improved the Vault-Tec Experimental Dimensional Safe inventory icons.
-Fixed incorrect collision sound effect on the Vault-Tec Experimental Dimensional Safe nif.
v1.0.0 (16/12/2008)
-First release.
