No Lock Topic

Have you ever wandering about in a city, doing your own stuff not wanting to cause any troubles and then suddenly a voice came out of nowhere and says "Tamper with that and we're going to have a problem" or "I really hope you're not thinking of breaking into there" and you thought: What? What the **** did I do? - After looking around you realized that there's a locked door, fridge, cash register, vault etc close by and somehow your view crosses it. Or maybe you just wanted to know if the shop has opened yet to sell your hard earned loot that you gained the day before and those NPCs thought you wanted to break into it(?). If this bothering you much then this mod is for you. This mod will remove this type of dialog topic entirely so that the NPCs will mind their own business as usual.
Extra:
- Based on request, I remove knock over object dialogs from NPCs as well. Now the NPCs will not comment on you if you accidentally or intentionally knock over objects. Just download the original if you prefer that version instead.
Installation:
1. Copy or overwrite the NoLockTopic.esp in \Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data\ if you have already install the previous one.
2. If you don't already have it, grab Fallout Mod Manager(FOMM) at http://timeslip.chorrol.com/fomm.html. Install it and activate the NoLockTopic.esp
Known issues:
None so far. If there is any, please feel free to inform me.
