This makes the Mysterious stranger wear tesla armor instead of his business suit, and a plasma rifle that replaces the 44. Magnum. The rest is included in the read me file.
A small bug is that the plasma rifle doesn't kill inn one shoot, instead it takes severall shoots for the stranger to kill. That off course depends on the amount of damage the person had before. But i'll just leave it that way, to increase the "Realism"
