About this mod

Adds a merchant, a safe and a workbench to Vault 101 exterior.

Permissions and credits
I don't care much about houses so I made this mod to give myself everything I need right at the Vault 101 exterior. Merchant for trading, a safe for storing my items and a workbench to use.

The merchant will have 1500 caps and one random item type that changes during item list respawn. Random item list include mostly different types of ammo, grenades, healing items and stealth boys.
If you aren't as excited about randomness as I am, I included a "cheat" version of the mod that puts every item from the random list for sale at the same time, so you can choose what to buy.
The merchant is also set essential, so if you feel like whacking him with a hammer, go ahead.

I've been using the safe for storing my junk and haven't had any problems with items disappearing from it. I've heard that enemies would take weapons and ammo from containers but I think Vault 101 exterior is safe enough place to not have enemies hanging around there.

The workbench is just a standard workbench. I'd recommend using the Workbench Repairs mod you can get from here: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7881

This mod comes in four versions. Normal and "cheat" version for those without Mothership Zeta and versions for those with the DLC. Zeta versions add Adapted Biogel, Alien Epoxy and the Alien Power Module ammo to the merchant list.

Use only one of the four versions.

May conflict with mods that add stuff to the same spot in Vault 101 exterior. Also I changed Stealth Boy item type from Chems to Stimpak, as I had trouble being able to sell it when it was set to the default Chems type. So there may be a conflict with mods that modify the Stealth Boy.
