Boatyard in Springvale with sailable watercraft. The Boatyard and vessels are standalone and can be used seperately.
- Permissions and credits
You set up house on the boat by using PE gear and pack it up when you get underway. An idea given to me by raven3806 (kudos to you man)

A Pilotable Boat.

Instruction:

1) Hit your activation key to mount the boat
2) Use Your movement keys and Mouse to control the boat
Tap foward to go forward
Tap Backward to go Backward
Tap Turnkey (either L or R to) turn and Stop
Use Mouse to control direction while moving
Tap I to dismount and walk around on deck (shoot at enamies from the sea)

Throw the MrH-TrawlerControl.esp into your DATA folder
Make sure boat01aH.nif is placed into your data/meshes/creatures/mrgutsy folder or you won't see the boat.

Delete MrH-TrawlerControl.esp from you DATA folder
Delete boat01ah.nif from creatures/mrgutsy folder

No compatiblity issues so far.

Bugs/Issues:
===============
Boat has no collision while moving, this is so you can pass through low bridges.
You may lose your ability to Strafe. This is due to the angle alignment when turning and seems to affect the player weither on the boat or not. I am searching a better solution.
