Male Raiders have been removed from all leveled lists. Number of raiders haven't changed. There might be some male Characters at special encounters. You need to install only one or the other file, the Pitt version include all changes of the non DLC version as well.
Update: Had to rename/ reupp all files, sorry for any inconvinience.
