DR and health based on the recon and combat armour for a somewhat balanced stat profile. The armour is right outside of Megaton so you could consider this somewhat of a 'cheat' item but you could always drop a couple of sets of combat armour in there for RP?

This apparently comes with several issues for people regarding the textures but it's been such a fairly long time since this upload that I doubt I'll ever get round to attempting a fix. Personally I don't remember having an issue with it as I pretty much made this file with the intention of RPing a character who would only ever wear some kind of light armour, Vault armour fit the bill but was blue.. It's also definitely worth mentioning that there's NO female version of this armour, if you try to equip it as a female then it will simply look the same as regular Vault armour.

As mentioned it's been a while since I've checked this mod haha, it's unlikely I'll fix this item but in the not too distant future it's a certainty that I will begin modding Fallout3, Fallout: New Vegas and Oblivion so if anyone is actually still looking at this after the 6 odd years it's been you can guarantee that I'll be incorporating a fixed version into something. (I've pretty much said to myself I won't be modding Skyrim. I know there's a larger fanbase but they're casual spacks and I won't cater to that. Similar case for FO4.. just casual rubbish)
