As I see the Fallout 3 universe, it\'s pretty much every person for themselves; weapons and armor are what make you (at the very least) less of a victim. However, if you look at a lot of mods (some of my private, non-released mods included) it\'s odd how much gear you can find outside of empty houses and in bathrooms. Doesn\'t make sense. This mod

The Springvale School Raiders where a lot closer to "pay dirt" than they thought. Still hidden in the ant cavern is a locked door requiring a holotape key. Finding the key (the current default location is somewhere in Moriarty's Bar) and opening the door reveals well, anything you you want to put in there. It's an empty room (but fully navmeshed, ready to be used in any mod that needs to hide cool things for 200+ years.....
