Inspired by Mihoshi333's Monster Perks addon for Mart's Mutant Mod:
Adds the Toughness, Cyborg, and Finesse perks to all of your RobCo Certified Robots.
To Install: Extract the .esp file to your Fallout 3 Data folder, and set it to load after RobCo Certified.esp (And RobCo Certified Engineer.esp if you have it)
To Uninstall: Delete the .esp file
