Used the F03dump utility to pull apart the fallout3.esm file, then parsed and filtered it down to various catagories.
The main list contains furniture, static objects, debris and containers. Each of the other files contains the complete hex code listing for their respective catagories.
Weather systems list (WTHR) and another batch of animated type objects found (MSTT), includes the vehicles and skeletons etc.
Faction (FACT) hex codes requested so they were added as well.
