Adds a second decal to the chest of the Lyon's Pride Power Armor.

Requirements

ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated

Alternatively, you can use FOMM's invalidation function.
I have no idea how to add entries manually, as I've
always used ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated.

Installation
============
Drag the Data folder into your Fallout 3 directory.
Allow it to overwrite. That's it.
To uninstall, simply delete
Meshes\Armor\PowerArmor\lyonsdecal.nif

Compatibility
=============
There shouldn't be any compatibility issues at all. The decal is on a separate mesh from the armor itself, so even Power Armor retextures should be unaffected.
