Gets rid of some annoying pop-up messages that appear when creating a new character or loading DLC

Permissions and credits
Fallout 3 Pop-Up Blockers:

To install, extract the desired .esp file(s) to your Fallout 3 Data folder
To uninstall, delete the .esp file(s)

DLC must be installed in your Fallout 3 Data folder, NOT your Live Profile folder

Files Included:
-------------------

:: Pop-Up Blocker - Tutorial

Disables the Tutorial Quest, and blocks the pop-up messages that appear when:
- You become addicted to a chem for the first time
- You have contracted radiation sickness for the first time
- You equip a damaged weapon for the first time
- You are locked out of a terminal for the first time
- You have discovered five map markers (Fast Travel is always available)

Note that this does not disable the help windows that show up for VATS, Hacking, Lockpicking, and Crippled Limbs. To my knowledge, there is no way to do this.

Compatibility notes: Modifies Quest:CGTutorial and Script:CGTutorialSCRIPT

:: Pop-Up Blocker - The Pitt

Blocks the message that appears when The Pitt DLC is loaded, and stops the "Into the Pitt" quest from starting automatically.
- To start the quest, simply listen to Wernher's Distress Signal.
- You can also start the quest by travelling to the radio tower where Wernher is

Compatibility Notes: Modifies Quest:DLC01Quest01, Script:DLC01Quest01SCRIPT, and Dialog:DLC01Quest01Radio.RadioGoodbye

:: Pop-Up Blocker - Operation Anchorage

Blocks the message that appears when Operation: Anchorage DLC is loaded, and stops the "Aiding the Outcasts" quest from starting automatically.
- To start the quest, simply listen to the Outcast Distress Signal
- You can also start the quest by travelling to Bailey's Crossroads

(As a sidenote, it appears this was Bethesda's original intention, as the radio signal script was already in place, but was overriden by the main quest script)

Compatibility Notes: Modifies Quest:DLC02OA1 and Script:DLC02OA1QuestScript

:: Pop-Up Blocker - Broken Steel

Blocks the message that appears when Broken Steel is loaded

Compatibility Notes: Modifies Script:DLC03CreatorQuestScript

:: Pop-Up Blocker - Point Lookout

Blocks the message that appears when Point Lookout DLC is loaded, prevents the Point Lookout note from being automatically added to the player, and stops "The Local Flavor" quest from starting automatically.
- To start the quest, travel to Riverboat Landing and talk to Catherine or Tobar
- The Point Lookout note is added after asking Tobar about Point Lookout

Compatibility Notes: Modifies Quest:DLC04MQ01 and Script:DLC04MQ01SCRIPT

:: Pop-Up Blocker - Mothership Zeta

Blocks the message that appears when Mothership Zeta DLC is loaded, prevents the Recon Craft Theta Beacon from broadcasting automatically (this is due to technical limitations), and stops the "Not of This World" quest from starting automatically.
- To start the quest, travel to the area where Recon Craft Theta crashed (this will also start the broadcast)

Compatibility Notes: Modifies Quest:DLC05MZ1, Script:DLC05MZ1QuestScript, and Script:AlienRadioBeaconSCRIPT

:: Pop-Up Blocker - All

Combines all six files, for people who own all five DLC
