Various changes that make Big Guns a much more viable investment.
- Permissions and credits
The minigun in FO1/2 was a powerful weapon that teared through your enemies and your ammo supply. This mod brings us a bit closer to that:
-Minigun and Eugene damage reduced
-Minigun and Eugene fire 40 rounds in VATS
-Minigun and Eugene ROF substantially increased - about 3000RPM
-Minigun and Eugene AP cost increased - only one burst per VATS
-Minigun and Eugene accuracy decreased
The Gatling Laser felt relatively balanced already, but I gave it a slight increase in ROF.
I doubled the Flamer and Burnmaster VATS ammo (it only used 3 fuel in VATS before) and gave it an increase in AP cost.
Consequently all the Big Guns are heavier, no more lugging around all your weapons. These changes encourage actually saving your big gun ammo for tougher encounters. Enemies with big guns actually pose a threat now, don't be surprised when you get shredded by Super Mutants with miniguns.
