Hey you could make voice acting by collect bunch of pepole to voice acting and send the voices to you from email. I am one volynteer to voice acting if you want.
I have a question. Is this mod compatible with Mothership Zeta Crew? MZC pretty much overhauls the entire ship for the uses of your own army/city. I hope it is; this mod looks good, but I like MZC too.
For those interested, and those who have asked, I am in the process of porting over this mod to Fallout New Vegas. It is on the Fallout New Vegas Nexus site as Mothership New Vegas.
The advantage to this is that there is mod will not ocnflict with other mods.
THIS is what I always wanted to have after finishing Zeta. I'm just about to start a fresh game after a few months away from Fallout, and I'm very excited by the prospects here. I, for one, encourage you in your efforts to develop it to your heart's content!

it also causes a conflict in the fact that this mod actually changes the homing becon rather then the actual Bride the Bride in this mod is a new Cell entierly.
Yes it will cause a conflict with the prior notice being that to the left side of the bridge is a completely new area but in the mothership zeta crew addon you can see this is where you access the council chamber and officer living qauters.
