I've been wanting to get to do this pack for a while now, but it kept slipping my mind. Here it is, all of the skill books have been changed almost entirely.

*Update 1*
Changed the (Chinese Spec. Ops), (Lying, Congressional Style), (Tales of a Jerky Junktown Vendor), and (Big Book of Science) to be more fitting.

=Installation instructions=

1)Make sure your bInvalidateOlderFiles in My Documents\My Games\Fallout3 in FALLOUT.ini [I think] is set to 1.

2)Extract files to C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data\Textures.

3)Put ArchiveInvalidation.txt in Fallout3\Data folder.

4)If you already have the text file, add these lines:
textures/clutter/junk/bookchinesearmy.dds
textures/clutter/junk/bookdcjournal.dds
textures/clutter/junk/bookduckandcover.dds
