These are useless unless you play with AlexScorpion\'s Pipboy PDA mod. USELESS. So get his mod, and then you can use these.

REQUIRED - http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8411 - AlexScorpion's Pipboy PDA mod. Install this first, and then install your skin.
Basically, to install you find your directory, textures, scorptech, (maybe another folder), and then rename your original PDA.DDS to something else. Then, put the skin you chose inside where the original was.
Simple, huh?
This is only one pack (with five skins inside) of a planned few. I'm learning to create custom textures, and this is a great chance to learn and produce work people will use. And, with AlexScorpion's blessing - I shall continue to produce a few packs.
