Overhaul of the radiation system to increase difficulty.

Update: I've added a Broken Steel compatibility esp for the quest Holy Water, so that it's do-able with Curie's radiation system. You'll need 300 rads to get past the guard, and 400 to be the prophet. Thanks to Morbide for pointing this out.

Curie is a little mod that changes the radiation system to force the player to be more aware of their rads. I noticed while I was playing that I was only ever irradiated a handful of times, and it was never really a big deal. The changes are;

- Radiation poison levels are now lowered 100/200/300/400 rads.
- 500 rads will kill you.
- The effects of rad poisoning are now more severe; for each level of rad poisoning you have -1 SPECIAL stats, up to a maximum of -4 SPECIAL stats at 400 rads or more.
- RadAway now only removes 10 rads at 0 Medicine, and 30 rads at 100 Medicine.
- The becoming irradiated part of The Wasteland Survival Guide quest has been changed to reflect the changes in the radiation cap, so it's still possible to do.

Basically it doesn't change your ability to fully detox when you get back to your house or a doctor, but while in the field it's much more difficult.

This has not been bug tested or compatibility tested at all. However, it's safe to assume that any other mod that changes radiation or RadAway will not work with this. Anyway if you find any other bugs, let me know in the comments and I'll try to fix it in the next version.
