Now the RIL shoots grenades & mines with true damage.
(Actually is a set of grenade & mine launchers united by a script- but that's the only way it works)

Things that currently make me mad
1) can't aim in VATS with mines
2) game editors recognize only FLST and AMMO as ammo- you have to add grenades from the list like with ordinary RIL

Things that do exist and I have no idea how to fix them, but that's OK.
1) pulse grenades & mines do additional damage to robots on hit, so try to do not aim at them :)
2) nuka grenade sets the target on fire before explosion- I even like that
3) lobber projectile jumps too far away, so I used missile projectile
4) can't add any new ammo- I've reaches the limit in the MSG

The author of the idea and the script is Balor
Before this I had no idea how to do scripts, so I just modified his.
